| THE PRICE INCLUDES:
-the residence tax, use of electricity/water, air conditioning (cooling/heating), change of sheets and towels once a week, parking place and final cleaning.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:
- 25 % deposit is required to confirm the booking
- the rest to be paid upon arrival ( we do not deal with the credit cards )
- the short term stays ( up to 4 days) will be charged 25% more in the period 01.07.-31.08.

* Apartment 8 has 6 standard
beds. For 4 persons the price
is 65 (72) Euro in July and August.
For every additional person
the price is 5 Euro pro person.
That means if there is 6 persons
the price would be 75 (82) Euro. |
